Our classes are based on on the British Cosmic Kids Yoga program. In a playful and interesting way we present them with yoga basics we teach them mindfulness and how to unwind. Thanks to early yoga practice we build their body consciousness and a higher stress resilience. We also help the kids develop their ability to concentrate and feel empathy. Note: the groups are 6-8 kids. You need to register your kid. In case you cannot join after registering, remember to contact us 24h before the classes, otherwise the payment will not be refunded.
